A phone photo is fine. Daylight, face visible. Old or a little blurry usually still works. If we can't use it, you get a full refund and nothing is printed.

Your photo becomes a digital portrait in the style you picked. You see it before printing and ask for as many changes as you want.

Why there's no risk in trying

You approve before we print. Nothing goes to the printer until you say yes. Unlimited changes until it actually looks like them.

Damaged or wrong? We fix it. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, email us within 14 days for a free reprint or a full refund.

The questions people actually ask

Is it painted by hand?
No. Your photo is turned into a digital portrait, then printed on real woven canvas. A hand-painted portrait usually costs several hundred dollars and takes weeks.
What if my photo isn't good enough?
Send it anyway. If we can't work with it, we refund you in full and nothing gets printed.
How long does it take?
You see the portrait for approval first, usually within 48 hours. Printing and shipping happen after you approve it.
What if I don't like it?
You ask for changes, as many as you need. Nothing is printed until you're happy with it.
What actually arrives?
A finished canvas, stretched over a 1.25 inch pine frame, ready to hang. No framing needed. Framed options are available too.
Can you do a dog and a cat together?
Yes. Two pets in one portrait is $25 more. Tell us when you order.
