Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum and no surprise charge at checkout.

Where we ship. Canada and the United States.

How long it takes.

• We send you the finished portrait to approve within 48 hours of ordering.
• Printing and delivery: 5-8 business days after you approve it.

So most orders arrive within about ten days of being placed. Orders placed during December may take longer, and our Christmas cut-off date is shown on the site.

How it ships. Your canvas is printed and dispatched by our print partner and arrives ready to hang. Tracking is emailed to you when it leaves the facility.

Customs and duties. Orders are printed in the customer's own region wherever possible, so most orders are not subject to import duties. Where duties do apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed. A second shipping charge may apply.
