Terms of service

By placing an order with Atelier Winslow you agree to these terms.

Who we are. Atelier Winslow is operated as a sole proprietorship by Zaman, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

What we make. We create custom artwork from photographs you supply and have it printed on canvas and delivered to you.

Your photograph. By sending us a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of creating your portrait. We do not sell your photo, share it with anyone other than our print partner for fulfilment, or use it in advertising without asking you first.

How the artwork is made. Portraits are produced using AI image tools directed and reviewed by a person. Every portrait is checked before it is sent to you.

Your approval. Nothing is printed until you approve the finished portrait. Once you approve it, the order proceeds to print and our returns policy applies.

Photos we cannot use. We may decline an order if the photo is too low quality to work from, or if the request is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone's rights. If we decline, we refund you in full.

Pricing and errors. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
